A Mac is not the first device you think of when gaming comes to mind. Some of Apple's announcements at the latest WWDC may change that outlook.

Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 3 Remake will be the fifth entry in the series to receive an iOS port for Apple devices.

Ali Rashid from Tech4Gamers writes "Humiliating Intel Macs for gaming is symptomatic of being a PCMR fan. Alas, times have changed. Welcome to a new era."

WordSpiral, a word puzzle game developed by Wireless Marvels, is now available for PC, Mac and mobile platforms.
Nope. Basically they just turned the Macbook into an iPad with a built on keyboard and trackpad. If you want mobile gaming on a laptop, then yeah, I guess that's just fine for it.
"The current iPad Pro currently uses an A12Z Bionic chip that outperforms the majority of Windows laptops."
lol....and? Are those gaming laptops? Probably not. You are not going to run Red Dead Redemption 2 on an iPad or a Macbook with iPad internals.
There was a rumor quite a while back and Linus of LTT did a video on it, that Apple was considering a gaming focused Mac Hardware. They have the Metal API and also the support from Steam. Just a capable AMD hardware packaging is all they need. The Apple ARM Silicon can be relegated to rest of the normal consumer product.
Nah. Apple's gaming division is run by short sighted morons.
Not to mention the fact that a lot of gamers on computer like to be able to upgrade their hardware at their leisure. Can't do that on any mainstream Mac.
