The next generation of systems is on the horizon, and pundits are already looking at what each company needs to do in order to become the leader of the pack. In the case of Microsoft and the Xbox Series X, it's a case of needing new exclusives and franchises in order to win the crowds.

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.

If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."
I have to agree. Halo's story has been stretched out and filled in to the point where it's difficult to tell an original and interesting story anymore. And Gears just feels like the she game over and over again. Time for dinner fresh new characters in a fresh new universe...
its not about the games its about the micro transactions, these games make more in micro-transactions then the game itself, microsoft has no replacement for theses micro-transaction heavy hitters
until xbox gamers actually stop buying Halo/Gears/Forza & stop buying all their micro-transactions its going to be more of the same
Phil Spencer says single-player games like Horizon Zero Dawn don’t have the same impact as before, games like Overwatch which recently crossed 30 million players have more of an impact in terms of sales
I agree...however I would love to see a new Fable next generation.
Definatly
Xbox needs a miracle.
