Deadly Premonition 2 was announced for Switch last September, and then promptly dropped off the radar. This week though, Rising Star Games and Toybox shared a release date, confirming the game’s launch for July 10.

This week on COG Considers, we tackle one of the most tired and unpleasant tropes in horror games: why games--and every other pop culture avenue--are so determined to paint people with Dissociative Identity Disorder as murderers.
Are they? You are fixed on Japanese games that are anime based/fashioned. Perhaps if you were not playing games that are similar to the animes that inspired them you would have more/different experiences.
When Cliche and Troupes are the building blocks, you can’t expect much. Just like you cannot expect good case study when the tester/observer has practically no variance in test subjects.

This month’s EDGE review scores include Paper Mario: The Origami King, Deadly Premonition 2, and more.
Paper Mario: The Origami King – 8
Really Edge? I've seen you call better games out for the smallest things
Edge is one of the very few reviers that I trust, they don't give away high scores cause why not. They are strict with their grades and hence why I trust them.

Another patch for Deadly Premonition 2 went live today, and the game is now at version 1.0.3.
Damn. How much I wish this was coming to PC or PS4 lol
Wish the would give part one a switch port
Super excited for this one.
Can't believe they made this game I wondered if it would ever happen lol good coffee Zack
I need a sequel to shadows of the damned the world needs more of Garcias boner lol
I just bought the first one again on my switch. I had it on ps3 before. Im a little nervous for the sequel. You never know what you're going to get with Swery. It probably wont be that great of game like the first, but I hope it has the same charm as the first. As excited as i am for this, Im gonna wait for some reviews on this one.
