I never care for any game where your fun is dependent on other people also playing the game. If your friends didn't buy it along with you, then you have to play with strangers. Then when the lobbies eventually dry up all you have is the skeletal frame of game. Crossplay can't save a $#!+ game.

I will always prefer a fleshed out self contained single player game any time over multiplayer type games.

I've read several reviews that say the Predator is too weak but after playing all weekend that isn't the case in my eyes. I'd say 80% of the matches I played the Predator won and many times in the first few minutes. Once you unlock the Berserker class and the combistick you find that it is OP. Almost every match that's what the player is using because you can wipe out the full team before they can take your health down. These reviewers must have played on Friday before everyone had that.

$49.99 CAD was a good 60% higher than what I felt it should’ve been. Let alone the $79.99 deluxe ed. It’s more BF:1943 than BF4, and 1943 only cost me around $15.

But that deluxe ed. An extra $30 for a couple boosters, a couple cosmetics and a couple early access skins? Should’ve maybe gone with a FTP model or a PS+ debut ala Rocket League. Get ppl invested early and establish a player base before the reviews deter.
