nintendo never bans wii moded consoles...and guess what when PS3 get moded sony will not ban consoles, just wait and watch

but I seen like half my friend list get suspended for a week all the time and then on their mottos or bios, it says "Code of Conduct"

But as for cheating or hacking, I've only been in one match where I seen cheating...

It was back in 2006 when Gears of War 1 came out, my friend went into a rank match and the people on the other team were talking, I ask my friend about what they were saying and he said, "Really nerdy stuff". Then he got into a match with them and pretty much they stood still asking for a head shot. My friend picked up a sniper and shot the dude in the head. NO KILL, he shot again, NO KILL. Then they fired once, they killed him in a single shot. After the match was done, we went to file a complaint but they were not on the player list. So they modded their profiles so they won't appear on player lists and won't get bad feedback or complaints.

That was the first and only time I seen hackers on Xbox 360 and I hope that will be the last time...

I too feel bad for the people who do wrong and then claim on internet forums they are totally innocent.

You probably feel bad about criminals (Rapist, child molesters and murderers) that get trial and sentenced but when asked about their crimes they all say they are innocent...

Trust even microsoft do not have the resources to monitor one account at a time... before you can be on the possible ban list.. your account probably needs to be reported hundreds of time...

So, there is two ways to get banned... If you do something stupid that the xbox live can detect like mod your hardware and connect online... or piss insult people buy having an immature gamertag name or with your mouth...

I never claimed to be all holy when it comes to piracy. Unlike other people here. Piracy is piracy whether it's music/movies/games/software. I just hate people's holy stance on videogame piracy when just about everyone here has pirated something... which make them pirates.
