Aw, come on! Let's praise id Software for being cool, in a market teeming with uncoolness. I agree with your take on the industry, but when a developer prefers to maintain their own integrity, it's a good thing, not just a not-bad thing.
The game will eventually have MT we all know that so this is not news... they just want to sell it first...
