Rob Pitt writes: Super Lucky’s Tale was released back in 2017 as an Xbox console exclusive alongside the launch of the Xbox One X – it was also a ‘Play Anywhere’ title allowing you to play the game on both the Xbox One and Windows 10 Store with a single purchase.
Since then, the game released on Steam as well as became part of the Xbox GamePass on both PC and Xbox, yet it still remained a console exclusive to Microsoft’s console.
However, seeing as the Nintendo Switch is literally booming with popularity, and the fact that a loveable 3D platforming fox would be perfect for the platform, a few alterations were made and New Super Lucky’s Tale made its way to the hybrid console.

Not on this list, but this seems like a good opportunity to plug the great XBLA puzzler ilomilo, one of my favourite games on the 360. It looks beyond cute, the sound is amazing, and it's a fantastic little puzzle-game, Well worth checking out.
I played Super Lucky's Tale on XB1 it was ok nothing memorable New Super Lucky's Tale I'll just wait until I find it cheap.

Phil writes, "New Super Lucky's Tale isn't the type of platformer that starts out with a breezy level of challenge and then gets ultra grueling by its end. Instead, the difficulty curve with regards to pure platforming is more of a modest one than something you'd need mountain climbing equipment to scale. That said, what is present for the brief adventure is both adorable and enjoyable, offering mostly clever ideas and well executed concepts from start to finish. Here's hoping we see more of Lucky in the future--preferably a completely brand-new adventure next time instead of the same game in a slightly varied form."

Mascot platformers have been making a bit of a resurgence in the past few years. Long time favorites like Mario and Sonic are still going strong, and a few indie darlings have entered the fray as well like A Hat in Time and Yooka-Laylee. 3D Platformers went out of fashion…
Nice review!
