Banjo Dev Diary 6: Closing Comments

According to the newest Dev Diary on BanjoKazooie.com, the team is going to be working on more Banjo games.

"Lastly, let's spare a thought for our local pizza delivery company, who are now at risk of going out of business. They told me that at first they thought it was because of the credit crunch biting in, but they soon realised it was because we'd finished Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. There's only one solution to their woes...

...more Banjo games!"

Will they be platformers?

That's the question.

Maxned6375d ago

I hope to god they are.

..But presuming its on the next Xbox, why would they go back to old gameplay?

Depends on if Nuts & Bolts is a commercial success.

EDIT: "Richie Prado, meanwhile, tells me to get lost as he’s busy coming up with stuff for something called KI 3... or it might’ve been KB, I couldn’t really tell."

I don't think there should be any doubt now that Killer Instinct 3 is in the works.Hope we see it next year.

You should never tamper with what is a core with an ip.

Thats why this game is such a turnoff.

Whats the reason most people liked Banjo-Kazooie?

Its was its platforming.

So When you remove something like that and have the basis on something completely different, it just fails.

They should of come up with a totally new ip to apply this idea of vehicle customization.

If by "awesome" you mean "gay" then yes Banjo is awesome. Gay people, along with all the Xtards in the world deserve to be killed.

Surprised to see so little activity when it comes to evercade news... its been a great retro platform. I know its emulation, but they still believe in physical media. I'm hoping they will do something special with the Doom release later this year.
