Nioh 1+2 imo are the best souls clone. Love the melee combat and ki system, really hoping team ninja doesn't abandon the IP and continue with a new title, hell just give us your take on the western fantasy setting for a new nioh game.

I saw this coming a mile away, people were geeking out simply because it's anime souls. No souls games outside of fromsoftware has been able to replicate their great world building, level design, armour weapon

Reviews are mixed, play the demo for yourselves before judgement. I personally loved it so I will pick it up. Dont expect it to be as good as dark souls which is why standards are high for these souls clones lol. You can see surge 2 going through the same.
