MK 8 is in a similar situation as GTA V. So many people are still buying it that Nintendo is in no rush to put a new console entry.
I disagree. I'd rather Nintendo release character/track packs for 8 Deluxe. What can they possibly add to it to justify a whole sequel? It's already pretty darn perfect.
Right now I would prefer an expansion rather than a new game. MK8 still has tons of room to grow.
