Totally agreed. EarthBound NEEDS to come.

Lets hope its announced when they announce Mother 3!

Juancho512451d ago

One of my favorite games on the platform, wonder why it's even a discussion.

Sgt_Slaughter2452d ago (Edited 2452d ago )

That might be the fastest "missing" article ever. The service has only been out for 24 hours or so, give it time. I'd title it "Top 6 SNES games we'd like to see added for SNES Online" not "Needs".

It’s that rushed they could only think of 6 lol I could pluck 20 off top of me head but wasn’t expecting them all day 1 haha.
Bomberman 1-5 would be epic
Donkey kong 1,2 and 3
Sonic blast man 1/2
Star Wars Trilogy, Unirally, Super Punch Out, zombies ate my neighbours, street fighter 2/turbo and SSF2T so many great games on SNES. Still look and play great today

If you give a mouse a cookie, he’s gonna ask for 6 SNES games Nintendo online NEEDS.

Turtles in Time that would be an awesome game with online friends

WickedLester2452d ago (Edited 2452d ago )

Super Punch Out
Final Fantasy 3
Secret of Mana
Chrono Trigger
DK Country 1 & 2
Rock and Roll Racing
Earthworm Jim
TMNT Tournament Fighters

Imagine Switch offering GameCube titles with online multiplayer

King_Noctis2451d ago

I strongly believe it will come, although that would mean an increase in price for the Switch Online.

Sgt_Slaughter2451d ago (Edited 2451d ago )

I'm all for it tbh, it'd be worth it. If NSO gets to GameCube, it would definitely make PlayStation and Xbox look worse for charging for PS1/PS2/Xbox Original games.

Suddenly Tales of Symphonia co-op and Mario Kart Double Dash just got a lot better

Immediately thought of the El Dorado zombie dudes in Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune.

raWfodog381d ago (Edited 381d ago )

Not necessarily a ‘horror’ moment, but I remember feeling really tense and anxious when the Flood were first introduced in the original Halo. I never felt more on edge or nervous in that whole game as that moment. I think it was the whole buildup that something terrible was coming but you didn’t know exactly what.

Another non-horror game that had me feeling it was Subnautica. The deep dark depths, and knowing that sea monsters were lurking nearby, had me jumping at every sound.

That scene where you first see them attack is pretty crazy!

I remember being scared of the Asylum level in the most recent Thief game from 2014.

Kakashi Hatake548d ago

I got this game with a Super Nintendo on Christmas '94. Ridiculous to think that was 30 years ago.

LG_Fox_Brazil548d ago

My parents got me this one the year it was released, good Lord, I am old. Masterpiece, by the way

Profchaos548d ago

Yeah I remember one Christmas morning opening up a Gameboy bundled with DK land that was an under rated port Nintendo was foolish to let rare go
