The best visuals ever seen in a game. It really does look Next Gen. My Xbox One X is so ready for this one.

Asobo Studio will be next to join Xbox Game Studios.

Stupid roadmaps, where in the hell in any other industry do you see you're customers being used as beta testers

ThinkThink2472d ago

In other industries the cost of goods rise due to inflation. The price of games hasn't changed in 30+ years, yet the cost of game development has risen 30+ times over.

Venoxn4g2472d ago

I kinda could agree on some points..but now there are much more gamers who buy games as well

mcstorm2472d ago

Venox2008 ide say it depends on the game. Games like cod & fifa do but others especially new ips have fallen way off the sales.

What type of planes are featured in this series? Commercial airlines, gulf stream jets, bi planes, prop planes, fighter jets?

Atom6662472d ago

Yes to all.

Military planes were available through expansion packs back in the day, but they've mostly been relegated to mods (hell, the mod community were the only ones adding to the game in recent years).

Helicopters should be there, too.

Abnor_Mal2472d ago

Never played the series but love the attention to detail and it being more realistic that most or all other flight games I would guess. Don't play on PC so can only talk about what I see for console games.

Could a person really learn to fly using this simulator and realistic flight instruments?

Atom6662472d ago

My father in law and then my wife played regularly while working on their pilot's licenses.
When lessons can cost a couple hundred $ an hour, it's a nice supplement from what their instructors told them.

I was always more of a "I wish I could shoot stuff" type of player, but a lot of people in that community REALLY dig the accuracy of the simulation.

The only new games in yrs I'm hyped
