The chance is very low. If there is a move that is op, it's the magic burst which is legitimately the best way to keep people from floating back onto the platform. Kaclang (the metal invincibility move) is kind of pointless, as is heal: 11hp whoopdiedoo. He's definitely a tier 1 unit.
