From GameWatcher: "Devotion was almost hailed as one of the best horror games of this generation, but this did not happen due to the easter egg which depicted the Chinese president in a moderately negative light. Instead, Devotion got taken off all virtual game marketplaces, and will not be coming back up anytime soon.
According to the developers, Red Candle Games, "the art asset incident related to ‘Devotion’ has caused immeasurable harm to Red Candle Games." China has a say in Taiwanese media due to a slew of geopolitical factors, with Taiwan pulling the short stick, as it seems."

Devotion is a game that explores what happens when these two concepts intersect, and the issues that come with acting out of “love”.

Devotion will not appeal to horror fans looking for the thrill of being hunted or chased but those looking for a sinister story

To deliver the game to players, Devotion has been launched on the developer's webstore hosting the game for a $16.99 DRM free copy.
If you are interested in this game (and you should if you like horror) I recommend that you grab it fast. Because the chance of "angry gamers" coming after it is not null.
Such a shame
