Capcom has released a new video of Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom for the Wii showing a battle between Ryu and Alex, Ken and Jun. The game is due for release on December 11 in Japan.

Capcom veteran Ryota Niitsuma, who produced Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, has announced his departure from the company.

As common as it is today, it is hard to believe that there was a time where gaming franchises crossing over was just a pipe dream. Capcom broke down the wall, but they took the combination of some of the most unlikely of franchises and made it the norm.
Whether it was a colossal successful partnership with Marvel Comics or a collaboration with rivals Namco and SNK, the “Vs.” series brought unforgettable experiences to the fighting genre.

Love Anime or Manga? Then these games are for you!
Agree with everything except SAO Lost Song. It should be replaced with either Rehollow Fragment or Hollow Realization.
Also there are a few other anime games that were pretty decent:
Gungrave
Berserk (dreamcast)
One Piece Grand Adventures/Battle Rush
Samurai Champloo
Ghost in Shell PS1
Yugioh games
Bleach Soul Resurrection
Cowboy Bebop
Hajime no Ipo
Steins;Gate
Nitroplus Blasters
Dengenki Bunko
MS Saga
And as for anime like games:
Persona
Blue Dragon
Tales games (my favorites being Vesperia, Symphonia and Graces)
Valkyria Chronicles
Disgaea
HDN
I could recommend some japanese games, not exactly from anime..but still i think its worth to play for people who like anime:
Killer is dead, no more heroes (USA wii versiom), No more heroes 2, killer 7, okami, viewtiful joe 1 & 2, god hand
Not to stretch things up, but the cartoonish shading looks kinda cool in this game, so where is SF4 for the Wii?
O and this game looks just awesome..damn it its not coming to europe is it?
Btw is it me or does the game sometimes 'fast forwards" itself?
or is that the video?( or my computer?)
Sometimes it looks like the characters are 2D...weird..
Awesome i want!
To quote the seagulls from Finding Nemo, "mine, mine!"
This is the first time I've gotten a good, hard look at this game and I am impressed. If this game is coming to the States then I'll consider getting it.
Stiil want a Soul Calibur, though.
