A couple of years ago, PokeLand was revealed for mobile platforms. A small beta test was held, and the game promptly dropped off the radar. Two years later, it has returned as “Pokemon Rumble Rush”. Here’s an overview of the game: A world full of uncharted islands!

TechRaptor writes, "Smartphone free-to-play game Pokemon Rumble Rush is closing down this July. The game will have been in operation for just over a year, having launched in May 2019 for Android and July 2019 for iOS."

There are tons of Pokemon spin-offs showing up now. Are all of them created equal? Or are many dead in the water?
Considering all the DS and Wii spin-offs that happened yet everything sold good to very well, I think it won't ever stop.
The series just needs to be rebooted into fully fledged open world MMO that's frequently updated. New characters/events etc.
I haven't played a Pokemon game that was "new" since 2001's Pokemon Stadium 2 on Nintendo 64

The Pokemon Company has announced that Pokemon Rumble Rush, the new mobile title that's based on the spin-off series, is now available for iOS and Android.
