Michael at Skewed and Reviewed has posted some new videos which shows the Tutorial and Gameplay for the new game Trails of Fire.

GD365: "Humble continues to not only bring gamers as many offers as possible but to continue to support charities worldwide. This time, we have the Humble Digitized Tabletop Inspired Video Games Bundle, a bundle full of board game-inspired video games, where a percentage of the proceeds will go to charity."

Gaming Nexus says: Trials of Fire is a fantastic deck-building game. It is enhanced by also acting like a rouguelike for endless replayability, and it crafts a rich world around its characters. Trials of Fire only disappoints on one front: that the story it actually tells seems more like a teaser than an epic. While I can't complain in that it is priced like a single episode in a longer saga, I am left wanting for the rest of the saga. Maybe that's altogether not the worst thing...

From Eurogamer: "Trials of Fire is a video game that is also a card game, a card game that is also an RPG, and an RPG that is also a book. This last piece is surprisingly important when it comes down to how lovely the whole thing is to interact with. The book is a great fiction. The game's title screen is stamped on its cover, and the early pages - the front matter, as they say, wonderfully, in the trade - is where you find tutorials and party stuff and all of that other front matter jazz."
