This game was announced in the NX codename days. Not sure why it took them this long for a freaking racing game. Lol

To be completely honest, I've lost all interest in this game. It was supposed to launch two years ago. I would have bought it during the early Switch days because I was looking for different games to play.

But there's just so many good games available that I can't be bothered with a two-year-late port. Especially when it's a game that's been out on other platforms for almost three years. The delays are unacceptable.

Redout (NS) Review | VGChartz

VGChartz's Evan Norris: "The day of the high-speed futuristic racer has come and gone, thanks to Sony shelving WipEout and Nintendo neglecting F-Zero. Yet plenty of small and mid-range studios have moved to fill the void, turning out games like Redout, a sleek, fast anti-gravity racer with a substantial single-player career mode, outstanding track design, and a thrilling sense of speed. Due to some graphical issues, multiplayer misses, and a grindy campaign, it won't make you forget about the greats of the sub-genre, but it's still an adequate far-future racer."
