Warner Bros and Funcom have removed Denuvo from Batman: Arkham Knight and Conan Unconquered

So according to this article, Batman: Arkham Knight on the Epic Game Store is the definitive version because it doesn't have Denuvo DRM.
Yeah DRM sucks but how is it the definitive version when it doesn't have all the DLC and you can't even buy the DLC on the Epic Game Store?

Edit: Apparently they patched the missing DLC in now. I know the Playstation has exclusive dlc like skins though, so I guess the PS4 version could be the definitive version.
