This reminds me of the time that Valve gave refunds out to players of No Man's Sky even if they had something like 70 hours logged in for a short time period. Hearing this news makes me happy that they acknowledge that Anthem is the least to say.......an utter disappointment.

So far, Anthem much hype epic fail. Fallout 76 much hype epic fail. LMAO I never get hyped anymore for any game. I just wait until I see a bunch of reviews and they need to be consistent. Example IGN: 9.5 GameSpot 9. Not 7 one site 9 the other.

I have really bad experience with sony customer service and they never offered me anything even though I wanted to cancel a PSN preorder that did not release yet and they sold me a reciever with 4K pass through which is laser engraved on the back of it yet it does not do that and they did not give me any type of compensation when it came to that either. So yeah, I'm shocked.

Smart. Playing the good guy on an overhyped game and EA continues to spiral downward. However, we see that a development company can't be buried, unfortunately, voted by consumers wallets as Konami are still around. That's power. EA would function differently, and consumers would start getting NFL 2K type football games again, like PlayStation fans get to enjoy The Show every year if consumers would grow a pair and say ""ENOUGH!" And not buy Madden to make a point. Madden is what EA depends on, take Madden out and EA is crippled. Consumers can turn the tides. We can eliminate Loot Box bull, microtransactions, DLC (paid), all of which Microsoft seems to like as rhe two companies are buddy - buddy anyway, consumers have shown with Konami we can call the shots, if we're burned bad enough.

The sad thing is Anthem had the potential to be great. They just needed to delay the game until the end of the year, tweak it and add more content. Then add extra free content over the following year. If they had done this it might have been a huge success. As it stands people will wait until it has more content and it is in the bargain bins before buying it.

This is strange. They didn‘ refund No Man‘s Sky when it was released as a barebone Shell of a Game. Anyway, it is still beyond me why the business model of Lootetshooters still gets embraced by people. What happened to gaming standards?

I think that this is what is needed to encourage digital sales, I didn't fancy paying £59.99 on PSN for Anthem when I was able to get it for £34.85 from an online retailer. I didn't like the game and was then able to sell it to a high street store for £36 cash.

That's crazy because when I bought Super Street The Game, they was like because I had got 1 trophy on the game (first race) I wasn't able to get a refund for the broken mess of a game. They were like even if I didn't play the game Sony has a no-refund policy. NOW THIS CRAP? This game is in far better shape than Super Street The Game haha. However, it's a win for the players so GG guys and gals GG.

Damn , the game is that bad? I hate long loading times and the only game I withstood it for was Bloodborne launch because the game was so good. It got better quickly though (I also was gifted a SSD) Destiny has/d stupid load times too I really hated that. Sony isn’t the best about refunds because people try to take advantage of them so much so this game must be really crappy with no questions asked

Anthem is a travesty. The original Destiny had its issues and it was still a class above Anthem.

If only this game had a good one player campaign... and multiplayer as an added option... but Bioware is not Bungie (well Bungie is not Bungie anymore).
