
The Coalition’s Gears 5 was announced at E3 2018 and though it’s slated to arrive later this year, there haven’t been heaps of details about it lately. Development is still going strong though. Xbox boss Phil Spencer recently visited the studio in Vancouver and managed to sneak a picture (if you can believe that) of the game’s status.

Oh I expected him to say that it was looking horrible. Of course he is going to say it's looking great. He said the same thing about Crackdown 3 and we all saw how that turned out.
