The dialogue system is engaging, the world immense and V.A.T.S. has proven to be a superb RPG-esque approach to handling the game's shooting mechanics. But, to get to the point of this post, the game is surprisingly scary. Admittedly, I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to scary games. But that aside, I think Bethesda really has created a frightening title."

The only time I've been "scared' so far is when I picked up some heavy armor, turned around and a giant behemoth was charging at me. I tried to turn and run but the damn armor over-encumbered me.
Scary or not, its an incredible game.
