Sony is evolving from being a product provider to a service provider, it said.
Speaking yesterday at the Gamer 3.0 conference in London, which is part of the London Games Festival, Jamie MacDonald, vice president of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios, said the upcoming PS3 Second Life style virtual world PlayStation Home will "continue to evolve, change and develop over time", a policy it was employing with "all of our titles these days".

Benjamin Rivers has suggested that it is “totally possible” for two of his titles — Alone With You and Home — to be ported to Nintendo Switch.

I recently published an article about beating my Steam backlog by getting organised and the first game I’ve completed with this new approach is Home.
I chose Home not because of its production values or reviews, but because, well, it’s short. I needed a game to start my new approach on the right foot and read that Home takes less than two hours to beat.
Whatever my reasons for finally installing Home, I found it to be an enjoyable yet flawed title.

Therefore Sony are right
It will be amazing i can't wait, although i am scared it'll get boring and not many people will use it, i hope by the time it comes out it has the trophy room, thats the only reason i'm going to go on it.
Yeah i guess, but it's not something you could get hooked on, it's not a game, though i will use it for clan meetings before matches, would be awesome a killzone 2 or resistance 2 tactics room, and as more games get screen capture support you could put videos up of you playing clan matches on tv's and improve on your game.
looks like home is going to be fantastic.
I have home beta and yes since its a beta, it was a little boring.
Wait till home releases to the public and it will be awesome.
Home will be as revolutionary as the color tv. Sony continues to bring innovation after innovation while other companies try to buy their way to the top or simply change their philosophy and cater to a different, more casual audience. That is the power of Sony and their ability to change the competition's mission statement.
