NetherRealm Studios and Phosphor Studios have confirmed that they will discontinue support for WWE Immortals.

I, on the other hand missed out on a few, mostly because I don’t always have the most time to sit down and play as much as I’d like to have. Still, that didn’t stop me from choosing a few games that really got me hooked. NetherRealm has announced that from today players can get free in-game holiday gifts when they log into Mortal Kombat X, Injustice: Gods Among Us and WWE Immortals.
Chris Mawson writes: "In a crossover that has been begging to happen, NetherRealms’ free-to-play mobile WWE Immortals will today see the introduction of Mortal Kombat X favourite Johnny Cage."

Because there is a new immortal on mobile and you can’t confuse the casuals.
And this is why you shouldn't put money into free to play games, they will eventually die out and your purchases will be locked out once that happens.
