And unfortunately, "it", seeing stockholders as the consumer base rather than gamers, taking the original consumer base for granted while targeting whales mobile games and amoral policies, is either the new or current business model among a growing majority of the industry. At least the likes of Activision EA and Ubisoft.
Though I have to put Square as well as MS on that list too.
And yes, got a spot for Sony reserved, its just that with the likes of Spiderman and the likes of UC and Lost Horizon they're still more interested in entertaining than trying to take all the monies.
Doesn’t surprise me. I think Blizzard, Bungie, and all of the CoD studios maybe starting to get concerned, especially after the shareholders weren’t happy with BO4 even though it made almost $1 Billion!
Please someone save blizzard, valve seems like a good fit :).
