“Xbox One X is the correct evolution to approach the next-gen consoles,” says Paulo Gomes.
"It was so offensive to me"
Cliff Bleszinski shares thoughts on Gears of War’s PlayStation debut, E-Day, and Microsoft’s Game Pass strategy.

The narrative deduction title is available on Steam, Nintendo Switch, and the App Store for just $7.
Man....at this point we need games. To drop a console with all that power and only racing games displaying it isnt a good way to approach a new generation.
Also announcing new hardware at E3 when the xbox one x is only 6months old isnt helping.
Just bring the games that display the power....anything else is just talk. At the moment the two years spent hyping the 6tf was two years wasted....they should have used that time to make games that will show off the power as well.
So the correct evolution to next gen is release an underpowered overpriced console Xb1 then update it slightly XB1S then upgrade it ALOT Xb1X and meanwhile your competition is selling at least twice as many consoles?
I keep thinking about getting an X1, because it would be nice to have all three like back during the 6th generation.
But every time I go online and check out the library of games I see that there is literally no reason to own one, since everything is either on the other consoles or pc. I don't like halo or gears and Gran Turismo is far better than Forza. I loved Fable so it would be nice if they would make another one but really ... They need to come up with some new and compelling IPs otherwise they will die out in the next generation.
EDIT:
Hey is an idea!
Bring back Voodoo Vince, make a new Conker game, bring back Jet Set Radio, make a really cool futuristic cyberpunk RPG series etc etc
You should hire me to tell you people what to do and what games to buy.make, I could save your company.
Feel free to PM me ;)
What crap. They drop a £400 console with no games 2 years before they launch a proper next gen. It was a desperate move by Microsoft that failed miserably. Make good exclusives. Easy. There's even a similar company out there you could copy, madness I know.
Um.... I'm pretty sure this entire generation of Xbox, is precisely what NOT to do in the console hardware race. Including XOne X.
