“Why I've Stopped Playing Octopath Traveler“
I also quit playing. It’s a beautiful game and the combat system is one of the best but some of the character stories such as Haanit was awful. The difficulty increase in the later chapter is crazy. You have to grind for a long time to even have a chance.
“With Olberic at around level 5 after completing the first chapter of his story, I was shocked to see that the second chapter came with a level recommendation in the twenties.”
I also thought that was crazy. They really want you to grind that’s for sure.
and thus this game isn't for everyone.
RPGs can test ones patience...
Why do people act like every game is for everyone ? Every single game has people that like it or hate it even crappy games. We don’t need an article for every person that doesn’t like a game . Also sounds like you didn’t take the right path by trying out all the characters or most of them at least before trying to go to deeper into the game .
I'm gonna write an article titles "Why I, among with many others, truly don't care why you stopped playing a damn videogame". Will probably get more clicks.
