fable one and how well the system works. The magic isn't for use on it's own, it's very useful as a combination with the physical attacks. As for not having a zoom out on the maps too.. I think his gripes are all lost as fable 1 was awesome and this works similarly..

....can't please everyone. It is however a bit funny that the worst review which totally goes against the seemless 9's comes from 'daily game', anyone actually ever heard of them before?! I certainly haven't and will be picking this game up regardless.

i say all 360 games that get reviewed should come with the reviewers tag so we can see if they suck or not !

Most creditable sites are giving it around 9.5. Good Game (aussie tv gaming show) just reviewed Fable 2 and LBP and both recieved the same scores.

its got many 9 and 9.5 and 10s so why 7.8 where the fuuck did they come from ?

I think were all a bit obsessed with reviews & the metascore. Why?
shouldn't the gamer or customer stick with the pro who relates to the individual.

Its obvious big games create revenue in advertising. My girlfriend is a analyst & you
would be surprised how important & expensive it is just to get a ad in the right place in a magazine.

Research it. It cost millions to have a chocolate bar ad on page 12 of a magazine. It will cost the company more if other chocalate bars want that space. Even more if its the holiday season. To guarantee product placement, the company must pay more for a solid yearly rate & will go up in rates yearly. Special treatment & favoratism is allowed
if the magazine gives competitive discounts.

So what makes reviewers any different?

They refused to open the letter from Molyneaux which contained the sob filled letter and $5000 check,hence the reason why their review is credible with nothing but honesty

Microsoft continue to pump out flops on a weekly and monthly basis,and have never failed at doing so

horrendous combat & controls.

This isn't a game you can play for 2hours hoping to get an review out of it.

If your an in depth gamer then you will see why this game shines and is one of a kind.

this score is more like it, i live in japan and have played it. somehow a store here goy it early. its decent but anything over an 8 is rediculas.

this is the same site that gave mass effect an 8,soul calibur a an 8,and cod4 a flat 9 "calling it the best console shooter", mario galaxy a 10(while great it isn't mario 64 here.Their no ign or gamespot and rightfully so, because they don't no how to give a proper review

It's almost like they give crappy scores just to get publicity. Usually the fanboyism goes the other way but in this case I think these folks are being a little over critical.

Just a bit though. About 2 points.

But with reviewers throwing them 10s around games like GTAIV and Halo 3... then yeah..

Well Dead Space got a 6.5 from someone (OXM was it?). LPB got a 8ish from someone else. Fable 2 gets 7.8 from these guys. MGS4..i could go on and on..not every reviewer has a valid opinion :P

Remember when Xbox was exciting.
Mass effect, Crackdown, bioshock, gta iv DLC, halo and gears when it was fresh.

Not all first party but some beach hitters as exclusives. I remember it was the only gen I didn't buy a Sony console first since the PS1 since I both couldn't afford it and the games looked and ran worse because devs didn't have a trip on the cell.

PS3 eventually became my preferred console that gen with infamous being my favourite game of the gen and the 360 making it clear core gamers were no longer a priority while don matrick tried to appease the Wii crowd to come play on Xbox instead of the Wii and eventually smartphones.

But man that first 3 to 4 years or so was magical for the 360.
