In the end, the game forces you to ask one simple question: How could one person, working alone, create such coolness? An arcade tank shooter with oodles of variables and that special addictive quality that pulls you back again and again for another go, Tank Universal definitely displays a certain lack of sophistication, yet it's still a better bet than many similar "corporate" titles. Tanks for the memories, Phil, and keep 'em coming, maybe next time with a bit more financial backing.
