WTMG's Baylen Marston: "DLC is a love-hate relationship, more-so one or the other depending on who you are. Remember the good old days when the games we played were the complete package as advertised?"

Indie games have been a massive influence in modern gaming, but do we still view them as lesser? We need to put more faith in them. Will Goad argues why we should do just that.

While we can't wait to get our hands on The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening remake, these Nintendo Switch games may hold us over.
Bought Hollow Knight last week, 15 hours in and absolutely blown away by how good it is!

You might think the Switch is only for Mario and the gang but these 10 titles are terrifying, creepy, and downright unsettling when it comes to portable gaming.
***So you ask yourself, is there any good to the idea of DLC or expansions?***
Death of the Outsider
Old Blood
Blood Dragon
The Old Hunters
Wild Hunt
Undead Nightmare
Old World Blues
Dragonborn
The Knife of Dunwall
Awakening
Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep
Minerva's Den
Ballad of Gay Tony
What this list is saying is that rallying against DLC/expansions is wrong. Rally against bad content, not content in general. Your generalized statements against DLC only show you ignore good content.
Furthermore, promoting RNG the way you do only adds time but not meaning. It also devalues effort as the metric for accomplishment is not equal nor are the metrics for rewards.
