New screenshots and comparisons available for Flashback 25th Anniversary.

Originally developed by Paul Cuisset for the Commodore Amiga, the original Flashback became a cult classic whilst appearing on the Sega Mega drive and more infamously on the SNES.

Flashback is back, updated by its original creator, a new generation of players can now experience a game that helped define sci-fi action/adventure games.
It's not crap like that remake, right? Couldn't believe even the original port in the Remake was somehow screwed up. Such an amazing game deserves much better treatment.

Lawrence brings his verdict on a classic adventure now on the Nintendo Switch, a retro game with new tricks.
I was lucky to have first played this on PC first on an old macintosh which had those bitch'n CGI cutscenes. Really loved this game, but it is hella hard, mostly just trial and error puzzle solving, but still very rewarding once you get it right
this game was absolutely amazing back in the day
here's hoping it turns out better than that awful ubisoft remake from a few years ago.
This honestly doesn't look good to me. It looks like they applied some of those modern filters you can use in emulators for retro games, which artificially smooth the edges but makes them look all blurry and undefined. If they wanted to remaster the original, they should've given us pixel-perfect gaphics with full HD resolution, a la NES / SNES Classic.
