Yes a lot of people think just having a good idea for a game makes them capable of making a game but if you read the email sent by the "ideas guy" he seems like a genuine guy that wants to make a game. His idea is probably not good and thats fine but where does all of this arrogance come from with a guy from a studio that has made one game and can't even afford to make a hosted website (the company website still has wordpress in the address) Also this article is from 10 months ago how did this get approved on N4G recently anyway?
