
En Masse Entertainment announced the MMORPG back in March 2017 and while that has made my energy spiked to an all-time high, which got replaced by sheer silence as the passing months came in. As it completely got out of my radar, before the end of 2017 the Technical Test finally came in or the so called Closed Beta Test for people that signed up for it. And while I got the email it never went to my attention to check it not until after the signing up has been long done.
Long-running MMORPG Tera will be closing on June 30 and Gameforge and Krafton have published a video that serves as a farewell.

No fan wants to see Tera shutting down, but unfortunately, developer Bluehole is closing the game's servers (on PC, anyway) to work on other projects.

WoW is a mess and it will continue to be a mess. Still, the less-developed MMOs are going to have trouble gaining a fan base because they lack content right now. Even if people do flock to FF14 or BDO, they'll go back to WoW if they fix enough features or give players a shred of hope.
It this day and era, it's not really that popular or even stands out. Mobas and battle royale games tends to be the latest craze.
