This game has absolutely nothing in common with rocket league. That's also comparing a 6/10 game with a 10/10 game.

The description says it's "likened", not "like."

I.E. it means people have compared them. A quick Google search will corroborate this. Here are just a few links, from websites to forums:

Disc Jam by High Horse Entertainment is best described as a pong/tennis game using a frisbee. Just like in tennis, there are 1v1 Singles and 2v2 Doubles matches.
