Need for speed needs to go back to the hot pursuit and high steaks days.

EA also killed the Star Wars series too due to greed and rushing out their games before those games are done.

Frostbite looks great but has the versatility of a mop .

They need to stop giving NFS crappy stories that feel like a Fast and Furious rip-off. Just make a good racing game.

Mass Effect already started dying after ME3. ME3 is a good game though. It just feels rushed, and has other problems. EA has even started ruining Star Wars games. It is quite pathetic.

Soon it will be "How EA killed Bioware."

They killed everything that they get their dirty claws on, including The Sims, Sims City, Burnout, Def Jam, Dead Space, and many others.

I love the original Mass Effect Trilogy, and a follow-up on more powerful hardware should not have been any less than stellar. It's a pity corporate greed killed it as I think it could have been amazing. As it stands I don't think it's the worst, but it is a colossal disappointment. Yes, I admit to foolishly jumping on the hype train.

For example, I don't mind the Angara in spite of them being a tad too derivative of existing alien races, but why are they the only new race found in the Andromeda Galaxy? There's a lot of missed potential there. Meanwhile at least several races from the original trilogy were cut from Andromeda, most of whom had much more creative designs. If all those diverse species could fit within the memory constraints of games for the PS3/360, shouldn't the PS4/XB1 be able to handle more? I guess superior hardware can't make up for lack of creativity and passion from the dev team. That's just one example as Andromeda is simply inferior in other respects, and I still haven't finished it, mostly because I dropped it for the vastly superior Persona 5 and have been occupied by other great titles since.

I do hope this isn't the end of Mass Effect because it's one of those series that resonated with me deeply. Words can't describe the experience I had with the first three games. However, I suppose if the choices are for ME to be dead or for further sequels that distance themselves even more from the classic games to be dumped on us, I choose the former. I just don't want ME to go out on a bad note...screw you EA.

I think there's still hope for mass effect. No lootbox bs, call it mass effect 4 and bring back shepard and the characters we all love and maybe theres a chance to revive the series.

Maaaan Hot Pursuit was my shit back in the day and I lost count at how many hours I put into Underground then EA does what EA does milk it to oblivion. Dead Space I never played but I've been told that the first two were good and the third was crap.

EA has this in their formula, make something good, milk the franchise to the ground then close the studio that developed the game citing poor sales. EA is one of the most ass backwards companies ever. They have lost all of my respect. The only and I mean ONLY game I will still get from them is Dragon Age and I confident that they will Screw that up as well.

I feel that EA has become too topheavy. Too many suits commanding huge salaries while they piss on developers and customers. The practice of focusing on securing exclusive rights to things like football and soccer and star wars is designed to limit competition, and de-emphasize quality of product while emphasizing marketing reach. EA is no longer a development studio imo. It has become a corporate leech on creativity of others and sucks the life soul of beloved franchises until they are nothing but crumbling husks of what they once were, leaving the fans with nothing but a bitter aftertaste of what was at one time such a sweet and wonderful experience.

After so many atrocities committed by EA, why has the community not learned anything by now? Haven´t bought an EA game since ME2 ... and have no desire at all for any upcoming EA sponsored it´s in the game game.

I can easily explain it in one sentence; "Thinking with dollar signs/pockets will ruin any game."

for some reason, the more i see of NFSP, the more i wanna play. its cringey but it looks like the sort of racing game i wanna play right now.

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.
