About Death Stranding trailer that we saw 3 days ago, we don’t what it is, but Sam who play by Norman Reedus said about “next explosions”. I might think he referred to Big Bang theory.

The last I checked, the term Big Bang is kinda like a place holder because no one really know what the Big Bang was, just that it was the beginning in classical terms. When I say classical terms I mean pertaining to our understanding of the universe and things like time.

That is the prevailing theory right now, however, I think you're looking at it too scientifically, as opposed to metaphorically. Kojima does enjoy his metaphor, and using a generally accepted idea and twisting it to his needs is what he does best.

Still not sure what this means. If you quick save you start a few seconds from the point where you died. But in Death Stranding you start right after you died. Does this mean if you die in a boss fight and come back you can't fight the boss anymore? Doesn't seem like a good idea. But maybe it's very different from other games, who knows

No it just means you get to fight the boss from the point you died. You're reading too much into it. It's as if you tripped and fell, and got right back up. I don't think any game time would actually pass.

I agree, Kojima san knows how to make videogame masterpieces. From Metal Gear (one of the rare gaming franchises that not only advanced the series story and visuals but managed to change the gameplay mechanics, design, location, atmosphere, sound and music for each entry in the series [Playing MGS5 is completely different from playing MGS4 which was a huge departure from MGS 3]). The Zone of the Enders great series

It's a theory as there is no concrete evidence that it is exactly what happened. There's no 1st hand experience as we (ludens ;)) came into existence much later.

Fact is something that have proof behind it that can be recreated. While it is closer to fact than say a giant omnipresent dude with a god complex telling us what to do simply because we can put our understanding of elements and their reactions towards one another towards a logical point

It started as a theory, and it is still referred to as one, because that's how everyone knows it. But since they don't know what caused the BBT, it's still technically a theory. All we seemingly understand is what the aftereffect of the "bang" was, not the cause, or what came before, along with many other things.

There's also the theory that space/time wasn't the same as we know it now during those few moments after, and before the bang, so it's possible that what we recognize as expansion(or the big bang), is not the same as our understanding of space.

In any case, while most evidence does point to it being highly probably about what happened, there is actually no concrete proof that it did. Thus, it remains a theory.

We cannot even travel space properly and yet say BBT is fact?? Such nonsense. Gravity is fact because you can prove it. The universe has no evidence yet. People need common sense.

Well it's an assumption that is based on given empirical evidence. It may be wrong, but until proven otherwise, it's fact.

Also, the scientific theory of the big bang isn't as it is widely understood, it isn't a bang in the sense of an explosion. It is rather the rapid expansion of the universe, in a short time interval, from an extremely dense point that just happened to exist. How it existed is not known until this day.

Assumptions based on observable or theorized evidence is exactly what a theory is.

It is certainly well accepted that TBB is what happened, but the nature of what caused it, and what came before, and even the few moments right after(less than a second or so), are still unknown.

Since this stuff can't be explained, it can only be theorized what it was that caused the creation of the universe....thus, a theory.

Unfortunately, there is no real way to test the theory, although there are efforts at the atom colliders which tries to show something similar which can extrapolate a new theory to explain TBB.

He is not afraid, the PS4 Pro was not powerful enough to run Space Kerbal Program, City Skylines, and Ark survival evolved. A $800.00 gaming PC can run this game very easily. Right now game developers refused to utilize the full force of a gaming PC:

NVIDIA Gameworks
Tessellation
Facial animation
FOV

It amazes me that modders have visually improved vanilla games like GTA V (modded version looks photorealistic) or fallout 4.

Duh?? Everyone knows PC is the Best for Specs. But Too Bad Sony exclusives will not come to PC even the world ends. Death stranding is made using Decima Engine. The engine that runs Until dawn, Killzone shadowfall and horizon zero dawn. Yep keep fantasizing about this game on PC because thats the closest you will get. And Why the hell did PC fit into this? He should be making movies. He is obsessed with presentation and visuals. As a gamer, only gameplay makes or breaks a game. Visuals were a big thing when FMV was a big thing in the past. With todays GPU powers, most cutscenes look better rendered real time. It even makes games future proof if render your FMV real time. I was playing Castlevania LOS recently on PC and the cutscenes looks ugly playing at 4K. LOS is a great game if you haven't played it. Kojima needs to show gameplay. I am not buying into this hype train unless he starts showing gamers the game's gameplay.

I mean did you read the interview. He ll show game play when he thinks the time is right. To be fair a lot of the details given are impacting the game play mechanics and all of it sounds original and interesting. Not sure why you focus on the visuals.

I disagree except for MGS 4 which was more cinematic than actual gameplay. I need to play MGS5. MGS3 show a wide variety of gameplay mechanics from cqc, healing via patching solid snake using bandages, herbs, ointments, etc., to adding fatigue and starvation. Snake not eating left him unable to aim properly, pass out , or blurry vision. Zone of the enders from flying, shooting, evading, robot hand to hand combat.... My point is, Kojima San (the greatest game developer ever) delivers on gameplay mechanics. MGS4 is the exception

So it sounds like you can't really die. Like the first Prey game. You die. Go to an alternate plane or reality, then go back to your body and continue from where you died.

Games like that bother me. Its like there's no real stakes. You know you will never have a game over screen and have to try again. No real incentive to try and stay alive.

LoL is just trying to make the game more realistic. Really game over screen what is this the 90s. He is right, the game over or you died screen scenario has not changed. There are stakes to games that when you died you lose your gear and weapons. Dark Souls may be one of those games.

Because MS PR and its fans wont stop bragging about "True power" "True 4k", and yet they cannot showcase any exclusive that will take "Advantage" of the hardware. Agree or not Exclusives are better than Multiplats because they are optimized for the system its made on and not thinking about other platforms thats why exclusives always looks better than multiplats. Even AC origins im not much impressed by it. Whats the use of Bragging hardware when you only have slightly better looking multiplats?? Resolution=/=Better graphics. because by that logic minecraft 4k looks better than Uncharted 4 1080p
