Milos Cuparic writes: Before I start this off, I want to ask the people who are still buying EA games something. Did you all forget that this is the company that actually managed to win the "Worst company of the year" award TWO TIMES IN A ROW?

EA shall burn on the dark side

But EA was voted best company in the US. They’ve never done anything wrong in their spotless record 😂

This is a question that should have been spammed about 10 years ago, but, better late than never I suppose. Hopefully people are FINALLY catching on to what a cancerous pile of trash EA is.

I can promise you I won't be spending more than $20 on Battlefront 2 or the next Dragon Age. I can almost promise you I won't even consider SWBF2 when it is $20 or less. And I won't be buying Anthem.

Buy second hand. Enjoy what you can without spending a penny that goes to EA's pockets.

Hate this GaaS shit.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit17d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

Jingsing17d ago

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

Tanktopmaster9217d ago

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse

Phil Spencer killed the Xbox Let It Go move on to PC

They would be better breaking up what valued assets they still have and put them out to auction for the competition.
There is no more financial gain for them on any trajectory in the entertainment space.
