I can only imagine what the Gears 2 advert will be like, if the mad world one in 2006 is anything to go by it will be pure greatness

in concept, but i would have preferred if they at least added an additional 15-30 seconds of gameplay.

i really liked the way he altered between the various forms, but i think it would have been good to have it interspersed with gameplay pertaining to the form he was in (when he was the mage, it would have been cool to cut to the character in the game doing something with his spells, and when he was the evil demon, it would have been nice to show him hacking away at innocents).

it came off like a TV series or movie trailer, and was visually interesting, but it didn't really convey the message of the game in terms of gameplay, and the general audience would probably be left scratching their heads.

also, October 21st is going to be a FANTASTIC day for me, personally, as i'll be picking up Fable 2, Little Big Planet, Bioshock, Eternal Sonata, Far Cry 2, and a few days later, Fallout 3. it's painful on the wallet, but it's countless hours of gameplay fun.

that commercial was awesome. the part where he turns into the devil when he was on flames was nice. i hope the game is this diverse.

a 360 post full of frustrated ps3 fans trolling just confirms their jealousy of a fantastic game exclusive for the xbox360.

I read all 105 comments in the last Little Big Planet news article here on n4g and not a single 360 fan trolling, why? 360 fans are too busy playing and enjoying their 360 games.

Now that's a damn good game trailer! Had a little trouble hearing what he was saying at times though.

The trailer sux. They need to really show the game. I pre-ordered it hoping it'll be close to what Fable 1 was supposed to be.

Consider my interest piqued. This is one game I wish the PS3 had, and at the moment we have no answer to (although I think WKS will eventually rival this, and most likely surpass it in some ways.)

Why is it a sony fanboy(only calling out desparado and rick)can talk bout graphics.If game isn't fun but looks good it's a fail but it can always work if it's the other way around.Lbp isn't eye-popping but it's fun as hell.You must also take in how massive fable II is.So before the first thing you say is graphics, Think about he gameplay first.Epic trailer though,it's a must-have.

Remember when Xbox was exciting.
Mass effect, Crackdown, bioshock, gta iv DLC, halo and gears when it was fresh.

Not all first party but some beach hitters as exclusives. I remember it was the only gen I didn't buy a Sony console first since the PS1 since I both couldn't afford it and the games looked and ran worse because devs didn't have a trip on the cell.

PS3 eventually became my preferred console that gen with infamous being my favourite game of the gen and the 360 making it clear core gamers were no longer a priority while don matrick tried to appease the Wii crowd to come play on Xbox instead of the Wii and eventually smartphones.

But man that first 3 to 4 years or so was magical for the 360.
