Online co-op ftw

Options for everybody

EatCrow3151d ago

I agree but I thought this was already in game...shame. But cant wait.

Would it have hurt microsoft to ensure their second exclusive title of 2017 would have online co-op? It has gone from a day 1 to day "might be getting later."

Gaming4Life19813151d ago

Blame the developer for not putting online co op in their game. This company is not the first to do this with this type of game and I will never understand why they do this. I will still get this game but the whole no online co op really hurt my soul especially since this game was made for 2 player, online co op should've been common sense for them.

It's a $20 indie, cut em some slack.

Raymond legends all over again

boing13151d ago

You will never understand? I think it's time to stop talking and show everybody how it's done. Start your own company, mortgage your house and create your own co-op game that people will surely love. You know how to do it, right?

Gaming4Life19813151d ago

@boing1

That was a silly comment. The developers have already stated why they did not put online co op in the game but I guess you missed that. These types of games should be online co op, you can make up a million excuses but the fact is online co op shouldve been in the game from the start. I really hope it wont hurt the sales of this game but I personally know alot of friends who are now not buying the game because of this missing feature. I for one hate when companies do this with these types of games and its been happening more and more. We will see how long it takes add online co op but it took like 3 years for it to be added to Scott pilgrim if I remember correctly.

I could mortgage my house and start my own gaming company but I like what I do but hey you can mortgage your home and do the same.

@Gaming4Life1981

Well, I did start a company with my buddies but i didn't have to mortgage my house because we found an investor pretty quickly. We're doing mobile games though, with a success. That's where the real money are currently. But I've worked on at least 15 games (including Witcher series) over 20 year span in the biz before I decided to be on my own. That's why your 'I don't understand' sounds extremely ignorant to me.

It has couch co-op, I remember a certain big Xbox exclusive losing couch co-op but still being online co-op which was more than most games everybody raged because "me and my best bud want to play tohether at home"....pfft Im consistent I prefer online co-op because thats the way I play with friends the vast majority of time, of course both is better and they are going to add that, so No worries, I always play through co-op games by myself first anyway.

slate913150d ago

Unfortunately a lot of people have a lot of stuff going on in their lives (jobs, families, etc) that prevents us from meeting up for the old school couch co-op. This game is a masterpiece. It really hurt seeing it doesn't have online co-op. Its not a title I would play by myself personally.

Nice. I was hoping for a CA slider.

BLKxSEPTEMBER3151d ago

Wait there's no online co op? Wtf? Pass

LgbtWarrior3151d ago

It needs online co op. I was so excited to buy it until I heard its couch co op only. If they patch it in, I’m sold.
