Bought Destiny 1 for 20€ used and I'm doing the same for this one. Too many good games/companies that really deserve my money more than Activision.

So the writer says theybe only played the beta, maybe someone should inform the writer that issues of concern have been fixed. Grenades do recharge faster and their are perks to help you get your grenade even faster. Supers charge more quickly now also. As for power ups in crucible I don't find it a big deal. There's more than 2 drop points so it's easier to get at one if your that reliant on your power weapons to get you kills

seems like a pretty popular IP for being "broken". Maybe its not what a few people want specifically but I played it on the ps4 Pro last night and had a blast. We all did. if you don't like it, don't play it. there are plenty of other people to play with who seem just fine with it.

I've pinched off plenty of hot stinky comments on Bungie for Destiny 1 but 2 is such a vast improvement. A storyline with a...well, story, NPCs that have personality, vast play areas with all kinds of hidden stuff, plenty of useful loot, variety in gameplay...VAST improvement! Not broken at all. The issues from the beta have been fixed.

The story sucks so far but I'm only a few hours in. I was one of the people who chastised destiny 1 for not having a story but after playing destiny 2 it all makes sense. Bungie sucks at telling stories. I actually prefer the grind of the first destiny.

I'm having a great time so far. I don't what this broken is you speak of.

If anyone doesnt know by now that end game Destiny is repeatedly going through Mission Strikes and raids for loot then, now you do know.

Great experience so far. Much better than the original. But man, you can get distracted from your goal and veer off so easily. This is a good thing, though. Destiny is one of those games where you lose sense of time and get completely lost in the world. I'll turn my head to the left or right after about two hours and remember where I actually am.

it's a sequel to a grindfest that played well but was boring asf. what did everybody seriously expect. instead of ignoring this title you buyers gave the signal that we want such rehashes. well, i guess you all deserve this game then. stop complaining or stop buying. it is always the same mechanism.

Its more destiny 1.5 really. You just feel like you're playing another expansion which is all good imo. Lvl 13 and enjoying it.

The game isnt really deserving of the monicer 2. The enemies arent varied enough, the loadout is different but not really enough, the maps are different but about the same size as Destiny 1 or the dreadnought. In all Im glad I rented this game instead of buying it because for me this game isnt worth 60$ and is just pretty much DLC and could easily have been and should have been DLC but Activision is a greed pig and Bungie sold its soul.

In all my friends are playing it but Im going solo for a bit. I havent reached anything yet that I could do alone.

Been playing it for a while now and it doesn't seem broken at all. Most of your issues just seem like petty gripes, you complain about the game needing an internet connection as if it was the only game that required that, you gripe about your internet connection needing to be good as if that's the games problem, and if needing a constant internet connection to run a game is an issue for you let me remind you that had Microsoft had their way you would have needed that for every single game you payed.

I'm joining the bandwagon maybe, but if you loved Destiny 1's gameplay, then you'll fall in love Destiny 2. It's just a much better game that's far more refined in both gameplay and it's social aspects.

I played the Beta and thought it was super fun and extremely polished.

The game is a great ! I been playing non stop for 10 hours yesterday and I'm playing on the original ps4. It looks fantastic, it plays fantastic, it reminds me a lot of Halo. The multiplayer pvp is the only thing that needs improvement but other than that, it is remarkable. (When playing as warlock, the jumping is tap tap (half second each)

Destiny was not a perfect game. It has it flaws and issues. However, the problem with Destiny are the players. It seems that any fixes or changes to the game is not good enough for them. You have a group who loves the changes, but you have another group who hates the change. I just hate it that the developers bends the knee to every little complaints and make changes just to please the whiners. The raids are too hard, the raids are too easy, everyone is using specials, there is not enough specials, etc....

Ive played Destiny when it first came out and even though it is not a perfect game. I continued to play it because it was a fun game. I've played Destiny 2 for a few hours now and so far it seems like a great improvement on the first. The only thing i suggest bungie fix or implement is a live view map while traveling. When traversing the EDZ I have to keep holding down the touch pad on the PS4 to activate the map to see if im heading in the right direction. It takes away from the experience (unless im missing something or blind).

hmmmmmmm no complaints from me. Ive see those enemies that pop back and restart the animation BUT thats not the game but our net connections. All in all the game is amazing a giant step forward from the first one.

This article talks about the beta. And while I do agree that Destiny 1 started below average, after the expansions and more than 50 updates it became something I've come to love. With 2k plus hours poured in it (in less than 3 years) it gave me back every cent I spent in it and its expansions. Just started Destiny 2 and its literally Destiny 1 minus all the bullshit and problems. Plus the spaces are way bigger, the sound, music and graphics improved (they were already awesome, but now even better), tons of lore, more missions (narrated and BETTER paced and ingenious), there is actually a story (great one actually), huge amounts of fan/veteran service. Plus much more FUN!! Destiny 2 is what the frist one promised and more. Now, excuse me, but I have to go back to playing.

Can't wait for Halo on my ps5.

I always thought Guitar Hero was boring the button clicking with the plastic guitar also got annoying. I played it twice with friends but I was also drunk and stoned. There are people who like Destiny but I never liked the game.
