A quote from Ken Fox (Krome), the producer of Star Wars The Clone Wars: Lightsabre Duels from the latest issue of NGamer Magazine:
"Yes, Nintendo did give us a heads-up about MotionPlus. As far as I know, MotionPlus won't be available until 2009, so it won't be in our game since it launches in November 2008. We feel the original remote enables fans to live out the fantasy of wielding the Wii remote like a Lightsabre. We're very proud of the experience that Lightsabre Duels provides."

There have been some incredible Star Wars games, but there's also some that LucasArts would rather players forget. Here are the 10 worst Star Wars games.
I remember thinking The Masters of Teras Kasai was awesome as a kid..................man I was dumb.

"The game-play "Force" (if you will!) was very strong behind the Wii Star Wars retail titles, with each of them now having more than one million "Total Hours" of game-play reported. But, which Wii Star Wars retail game does the "Force" appear to be the weakest with, resulting in the lowest amount of replay value? Brew yourself some coffee, and let's take a look at the least played Star Wars Wii retail game based on the average hours reported "Per person".", writes CoffeeWithGames.
Hmmm. Shame EA has the rights now and these type of SW games probably won't happen.

Brash Games writes "So, here it is; The Star Wars Special! Liam, Ross and special guest, Just Dave come together to celebrate (well, mostly anyway) all that is Start Wars. From the movies to the videogames, the animated shows to the extended universe, no rock in George Lucas’ universe is left unturned".
" , with games such as Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and Star Wars The Clone Wars: Lightsabre Duels too late into their development cycles to implement MotionPlus functionality.
"
It comming out in 2009
How can they be upset about it XD.
Their games are going to be released this year.
This gets me a little angry. 3rd parties have been complaining and making excuses including Lucas Arts, and now this guy is saying that he knew about it already.
Crappy third party games have no excuse
That dosen't mean they can't optimize their game for future tech so to speak, this is the reason Krome's games get bad reviews.
I have this game on 360
euphoria and dmm make for endless killing fun
on wii somesay it controles good but without these high end engines and hd graphics that bring the star wars universe more to life I think it's much better on nextgen systems
then why not wait till the beginning of next year to release the game, it's not like they're gonna air every episode of the clone wars before then.
