Another example of more power bringing a better experience. Until the next round of hardware refreshes, the One X versions of multiplatform games will be noticeably better than other consoles - unless for some reason they are artificially held back (destiny 2 I’m looking at you...).
i know for a fact that isn't the case as with a patch 2 weeks ago i believe on ps4, they accidentally removed the barrier for non dedicated users. my friend was on South Tropics, i was on the Center island.
