I can't see people being bothered with this once GTA 4 hits the PC. I imagine the Modding community will move onto GTA 4 too. SO I would say a lil bit too late but nice try.
I always thought that R* would make a GTA called USA or something that put all of the maps on one game. You would simply use the airport to go from one to the other.
