Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite: A success or another blunder?

With only two months before release, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite seems to be generating both positive and negative buzz. After the lukewarm reception that Street Fighter V got, how will Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite fare in the world of fighting games?

have yet to see or feel this positive buzz, this game will flop hard

Capcom should consider themselves lucky Dragon Ball FighterZ isn't coming out around the same time.

All signs point to it being a flop. The uninspired art direction, horrible disparity in character models, no X-Men characters, horrific story demo and lack of quality control in general will keep away the general gaming market which would otherwise take interest because of the Marvel characters. That would leave the FGC to prop it up and even there the opinion is overwhelmingly negative plus unlike with Street Fighter, Mahvel has never been popular in the Eastern market which will effect sales. Only people will be buying this game will be Capcom fighting game die hards who would probably be buying it regardless of overall quality.
