Where is Yu-Gi-Oh! VR?

Jacob St-Amour from Link-Cable Writes: "Virtual reality: a realm of endless possibilities and new ways to play, with the only limitation being the player’s imagination. This is what developers have to say about the hardware, but does it really offer that experience? Yes, we do have some full games coming to VR and many strides have been done to support the hardware, but we are still missing that killer app that would make virtual reality a must buy and a stepping stone towards something greater, and that starts with no other than the trading card game Yu-Gi-Oh!."

Yes would be awesome and totally easy and wont cause any dizzinies and if it done right it will be a global step up for VR gaming.

I wish they could make giant Yugioh dueling arenas, and the monsters as holograms like in the show. It would be so cool

I played through most of the PS4 version of the game but stopped because another game came out. I bought it last year for PC with the intention of using the VR mod but haven't gotten around to setting it up. I am glad I waited.

Great game, even better in VR. A little drawn out by the end, but I hope we see CA do something a little different with the sequel.

Sweet. I also rebought this game on Steam for the purpose of VR. I'll have to give it another shot w full immersive controls. I had only tried it out briefly before.

It's funny this was never officially released at retail as a VR game, bc it feels so perfect for it!

Yeah. Not the best dev by a long shot, but I've heard Bulletstorm improved a lot after the initial launch and all the complaints.

Abnor_Mal427d ago

I bought Bulletstorm VR but couldn’t get into it at the time, the controls were a bit off, but at the time I was finishing up Arizona Sunshine1/2. Most likely the reason the controls felt off, plan to go back to it soon.

I really wanted to love Outriders. I was hooked on it at first but it was so janky the further I got into it. I had to force myself to finish the game. I liked it just enough to buy the expansion but I burned through that jankfest also. It sorta gave me Division 2 vibes a little bit and that's what helped me through it. I don't think I would trust any of their VR stuff anyway.

Playing it right now looks amazing! :D
so much fun, i hope they make a vr mod for crysis 2 / 3 too!

DivineHand125475d ago

This is amazing. This is the direction VR should go in to boost adoption. Since I have beaten every Crysis except 1, this is now a good excuse to correct that problem.
