I love Metroid Prime and I think it's one of the best games never made. I think the author is basically asking 4 Metroid to stay Metroid and not go all some crazy route. Metroid Prime had never really had standard first person shooter controls because the original padlock and straight alongside a very similar control scheme two Resident Evil 4 and 5 and Metroid Prime corruption was utilizing Wii first person shooter controls. I just want to explore different areas get different suits and weapons and really feel like there's a lot of exploration. Nintendo is really going big and Ballsy with their switch titles so I would like to see Metroid Prime for go crazy with delivering a massive amazing game. The only thing I would really want to see is creative puzzles and then not to go down a rabbit hole of making this a shooter like two and three became. I want classic exploration meets surviving in a unknown sci-fi world just like the series is known for
