This is not a Xbox exclusive title and it was never annouced as a console exclusive. Its a launch exclusive. Which means it will come out on ps4 later on. I can guarantee it.

I watched the studio head announce the new weapons mantling and zombie mode and he said the game is indeed xbox exclusive, he even said making the game on xbox has helped make the pc verison better because of xboxs debug program!

This goes back all the way to Joe Danger, the sequel launched exclusively on Xbox and the team couldn't talk about a PS4 release date, even sounding like they weren't releasing at all on tbe console so they could drive Xbox sales. Fast forward a year (?) later and Hello Games sounded almost apologetic about the non-disclosure agreement they had as part of the Xbox Timed Exclusive release..

So yeah, see you in 6-12 months PlayerUnknown - I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

My Game of The Year so far. The fun I had with friends on this Game is beyond everything we ever hoped for. Getting the Chicken Dinner is the best feeling ever. Hope you guys get to play it too. Such an Amazing game.

It's not a finished game yet, it's still in early access. XBOX has an early access program and PlayStation doesn't, so it can't be released on PS yet. It'll come once it's a final release, be patient. Until then, do yourselves a favor and get a PC.

Maybe this will force Sony's hand. I would love a Socom game to play on my pro.

The Xbox presser said "Console Launch Exclusive" not "Console Exclusive" big difference.

This game in my opinion looks like garbage, along with others like 7 Days to Die and Friday the 13th. All looking like unfinished demoes from ten to fifthteen years ago. A lot of those Youtube streamers act excited about many of the games they play, because they are being paid by the publishers to create "hype". Then dropping the game from the rotation of games that they play once the game officially comes out. If this is the future of games and also episodic games then I will not be playng anymore once they become the norm.

No worries if it remains exclusive to Xbox. The PS4 has so many games, exclusives and multi-plats, not having this one is of no consequence and if you really want to play it, just buy an Xbox or a gaming PC.
