Agree with the sentiment; sometimes games can be so demanding they feel like work - when we have to compartmentalize our hobby we are doing something wrong.
Good article I am 46, wife, kid, career. I sit down and play games to relax and keep my mind in top shape. I have found myself getting burnout when I am forcing myself to play something instead of just spontaneously playing something to enjoy it. I burned out from Destiny and from Diablo 3. Congrats to those who can play the same thing over and over for 1, 2, or maybe even 3 years. I have learned that is not for me.
