The two-year gap between the original Saints Row and its upcoming sequel is a scant two weeks from closing, with Saints Row 2 scheduled for arrival on October 15. It makes sense that GameSpot has seen nearly everything the game has to offer, from hot-dog costumes to zombie-themed minicamps. Everything with one notable exception, that is. It was only last week that they got to see SR2's competitive multiplayer offerings. While not quite as seamless and unrestricted as the co-op experience, the multiplayer side should offer you plenty of ways to eviscerate each other.

While a lot (like way too many) games launch in sorry states these days, a lot of them do eventually get polished up over time fixes. The same can’t be said for these properly broken games.

junctioning is only broken now because it's been datamined which monster which gives which card and which card gives which items and every single spell to junction with the highest points for each stat. For it's time when that info wasn't readily available it was good, not without it's flaws, but not broken,

Playing the game for the first time back then you never had any knowledge to make it so easy.
One minute the Junction system is complicated, the next it's super easy / broken. What is it?
i mean, ff8 is not "broken" per se, its just that the junction system is too good and easily exploited even an hour into the game. haha
Star Wars Jedi Survivor is one of them. I can’t get in the Cantina bar later on in the game. The door and other doors throughout the environment is locked off. It is a shame, because I wanted to complete the game, but I can’t until they fix it.

You know usually when someone says "you may have missed" it's games that were lesser known, hidden gems, underrated games. These are all super high profile games that sold extremely well.
You know the 2000s is 20 years ago too? Maybe, just maybe this wasn’t an article targeted to 30+ gamers? Still says at the very beginning of the title “THE BEST GAMES you may have missed”. Regardless of how well they sold there’s tons of gamers who haven’t touched these older well known games lol.
It's games you "may have missed", insinuating you were around and gaming in the 2000's and were there to miss them. If it was aimed at everyone else then they missed literally everything, not just the top games.

Yeah, I was just going to say. It's interesting seeing them back behind the series. Max Payne 3 was amazing, but then Rockstar just sat on the IP.

What is this list? These are all hugely popular games. I was expecting games like Dark Messiah of Might & Magic, Advent Rising, Arx Fatalis, etc.

I've only played 3 on that list. Part of me feels bad about how little I used all the consoles I've owned as a kid. One bright side is, there's over 30 years of games to experience for the first time.
The guy ran over everything and the car did not take any noticeable damage.??? The cop were chasing the guy and they disappeared after he ran half of a half of a block on a straight away from them. GTA3,Vice City,San Andreas and even GTA4 the cops would chase you until they caught you or you died. The city folks/Gang members would also do the same if you bothered them on most occasion. This game is back on the rental shelf after this video...
i looked at the video again and every time he turns his back;everybody disappears.. lmao The game does have that ps1 or Ps2 look to it.. i think games like GTA or SR should be build on the ps3 because of the blue ray factor.. these games or getting condense to fit on the 360 and it really hurting both the PS3/us the consumer.. Dan Houser was right and THQ will learn the same thing with this game. i am not blaming the 360 but it DVD rom disc or not helping out games of this size... or RAGE to come in 2009 View
