A rare first-party Nintendo games sale has just gone live on Amazon with around a dozen of the company's titles discounted.

Square Enix launches Final Fantasy X 25th anniversary site, revealing new Nomura art, books, music releases, and merchandise.
Look I know VIII has its issues and all that but how on earth can the do big anniversary events with new artwork and merchandise for VII, IX and X yet VIII got sweet f*** all.
They could have given it something during its 25th anniversary yet all it got was a single Happy Anniversary post on their social media.
There's a Switch vs. several different platforms.
vs. PS4 / XBO / Wii / DS, and probably a PS3 / X360 / PSP / and 3DS coming as well.
DS > PS4 > Wii > PS3 > X360 > PSP > 3DS > XBO
Eventually I see the PS4 outselling the Wii by the end of its lifecycle. I don't see the XBO outselling the 3DS. At best I see the Switch selling something around 3DS -> PS3 sales. But it has an uphill battle making sure NA, EU, and RoW are on board. JP is an easy 20m units sold, but the 3DS had a struggle reaching 20m in NA and EU (made it in NA, but missed it in EU), and RoW hasn't taken up on Nintendo platforms outside of the DS and Wii.
Personally I think the Switch is the handheld most gamers have been waiting for. It has the power it needs to offer a console quality experience, a decent price that will drop with revisions and the inevitable Switch lite, and frankly speaking Nintendo has an amazing line-up of exclusives that carry over to handheld well. The only challenge Switch has to face is the mobile market (tablets and Cellphones), this is an issue for child gamers until the Switch gets a hefty price drop from the Switch lite and hits $169 - $199, but core gamers and Nintendo fans will carry the platform until then.
Switch (Lifetime IMO)
25m NA --- 20m EU --- 25m JP --- 5m RoW --- 75m WW
Best case scenario, Nintendo drops a bunch of new exclusives IPs, remake a bunch of old IP's, get price down to $199 quickly, and the Switch becomes a meaghit somehow avoiding tablet and mobile gaming doomsday.
Switch (Lifetime Best case scenario)
30m NA --- 25m EU --- 25m JP --- 10m RoW --- 90m WW
XBO (by 2020)
40m NA --- 20m EU --- 0.02 JP --- 7m RoW --- 67.02m WW
PS4 (by 2020)
45m NA --- 45m EU --- 12m JP --- 20m RoW --- 122m WW
For some reason I'm having a hard time understanding this. So the gap grew "in favor of the Xbox One by 408,034 units", but "the Switch is currently ahead of the Xbox One by 408,034 units"?
Is this a mistake, or am I misunderstanding what "grew in favor of" means?
Didnt wiiu take like a year to get to 4 million? Switch is doin great
